Cancellation Policy

We understand that mistakes can happen. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and we may no longer be able to cancel or make changes.

If your order is successfully cancelled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We carefully package every order to help prevent damage during delivery.

An item is considered damaged if the product arrives with a clear defect or is physically broken. Minor damage to the packaging, such as dents, scratches, or marks on the box, does not count as product damage if the product itself is in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged product
  • A short explanation of the issue

If your claim is approved, we will help you with a replacement or the next suitable solution.

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, misuse, or improper care.


Shipping & Delivery Issues

While we do our best to process and ship orders quickly, delivery delays can happen due to carriers, customs, holidays, weather, or other situations outside our control.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7–10 business days.

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we have limited control over the delivery process. If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or missing, please first contact the shipping carrier for the most accurate delivery information.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. We will do our best to update it before your order is processed.

If the incorrect address is not corrected in time and the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee a refund, replacement, or resend.
